Night falls down on the street,
a line of light edging the hills
the palest tinge of pink.
I close the blinds reluctantly
to keep out not the dark but the cold.

    Wonderful writing!

It has been a real pleasure to visit and read your small stones this month, I am so glad I discovered you in 'the river'!

I am continuing to share my captured moments and I look forward to continuing my visits here to share your lovely moments with you.

    Glad to have met you!

  2. Thank you Susannah; I've enjoyed yours likewise.

Yes, I'm going to continue too, though not necessarily every day. :)

  3. Love the process from the outer world to the inner choice. Very delicate and subtle. I really like it.

  5. I like that you're "reluctant," Rosemary, to close out the night.
