What is a small stone?

A small stone is a polished moment of paying proper attention.

The idea was devised by author and Buddhist priest Satya Robyn. She described the practice of writing small stones as being like going for a walk, picking up a small stone, then taking it home and polishing it.

She has also explained it as:
... a very short piece of writing that precisely captures a fully-engaged moment".
