(from tropic to temperate)
I find garden after garden filled with roses --
scented roses -- and leafy trees growing
along nature strips and railway culverts.
For the first time in nine years, I eat
ripe apricots -- a forgotten pleasure.
Beautiful! What a lovely contrast to my cold, gray, wintery day.
ReplyDeleteAh yes — it's temperate (which means I personally am finding it rather cold) but it is summer!
